Welcome to our Advanced Searches page. From here you can search, sort, and print information in a format that's meaningful to you.

Selecting a search
To select a search, simply click the name of the search from the menu shown to the left.

Searching
To begin your query, enter the search value in the box at the top of the grid. This will search all visible fields for the specified value. For example, you can access details on a specific sales order by entering your purchase order number...or you can find all instances of a previously purchased part by performing a search on the description field.

Sorting
By clicking on a column header you can sort the grid on that field. Each subsequent click toggles the results displayed between ascending and descending order.

Linked Fields
You will notice that many fields contain "clickable" links. These links perform different actions depending on the associated field. For example, if you click on the ID of a sales order or invoice, it will open a new window which display a printable report. If you click on a part number you will be taken to more information on that specific part. You are also able to click "Ask a Question?" in some fields which will take you to an area where you can submit a question related to the unique record you were viewing.

Available Searches
Online accounts are created with a default set of searches. If you feel that we've omitted a particular search grid that would prove helpful to you, please contact us at webmaster@horberg.com and we will be happy to consider your request.
